Standard shipping orders take 1-3 business days to be processed and packaged before they are shipped out of our warehouse.

Please expect shipping delays during the Holiday season.

Orders placed after noon (C.T.) Friday will be processed Monday.

Due to the impact of COVID-19, we are experiencing delays in shipping, and your order may take longer than usual to ship. Please refer to the rest of our SHIPPING FAQs for additional information.

Delivery times are not guaranteed, notwithstanding additional costs, but are our best approximation and vary with specific requests, such as monogramming. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays.

We know no one likes to pay for shipping! So we offer it FREE on all US orders over $100. Otherwise it's just an easy flat rate of only $7 within the continental US (or $8.95 to Alaska or Hawaii).

Shipping prices to Canada are based on the total weight of the order. All other countries will ship via UPS and will vary in rates.

Shipping is the charge forshoppwb.com internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport, and handling. Special requests, including specification of carrier and/or future delivery dates, may include additional charges.

**Shipping charges and times may vary by-merchandise. A signature may be required, and there may be additional charges if more than one delivery attempt is required. This service is not available for some zip codes.

UPS International Orders CANNOT be shipped to a P.O. Box. If you choose this option and do enter a P.O. Box, your order will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail International instead.  Please refer toUSPS international service disruptionshere

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged anycustoms duties, fees or taxes. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes, and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country. International customers (outside of the United States) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. We cannot advise the amount of what these fees might be & we recommend that you contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.

It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that he or she enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times; hence, there is a minimal time gap to cancel/change your order or change its address. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact ushereas soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change; however, we cannot guarantee that we will do so.

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.

All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

We also offer pickup (just choose this option at checkout) at our storefront in Ohio during business hours! Just place your order and when it's ready for pickup, you'll get an email letting you know!

Returns

Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

If you have received a defective item, please contact Customer Care by email at sales@shoppwb.com within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.

We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.

Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted

Pineapple Whiskey Boutique gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a store credit (Pineapple Whiskey Boutique E-Gift Card) within 14 days from the date your order shipped.  FINAL SALE  items are considered items with a 30% or more discount off your purchase, or items in a SALE category and cannot be returned.  The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:

-Personalized Items

-Jewelry

-Items discounted at 30% or greater

-Final sale items

Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, sale/clearance items (any item discounted 30% or more from full retail price).

Due to our limited quantities and high demand for our products, we cannot offer exchanges on any items. Returned merchandise will be processed for a Pineapple Whiskey Boutique E-Gift Card ONLY.

We recommend purchasing the desired item's correct size and then shipping back the returned product to not miss out on the item.

The cost of return shipping, $7.00 for any number of items, will be deducted from your store credit (Pineapple Whiskey Boutique E-Gift Card). 

Shoe boxes must be encased in another box for shipping to protect the items. If you send shoes back with stickers and return labels directly on the box, or if the shoe box is damaged, we will not accept a return. 

Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to a Pineapple Whiskey Boutique E-Gift Card sent to your order's email address.

Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.

How long does it take to process the return?

Please allow up to two weeks (14 Business Days) from the date you mail your item(s) back for your return to be processed—you will receive an email confirmation when complete.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once you receive your email indicating your return has been processed, you can expect to receive yourPineapple Whiskey Boutique E-Gift Cardin 3-5 business days.

Is there a return fee?

If you use our pre-paid return label, the cost of return shipping is $7.00 for any number of items and will be deducted from your store credit (Pineapple Whiskey Boutique E-Gift Card). You may also choose to mail the item back using your own insured, traceable method.

Do you offer price adjustments?
