These are high waisted and have built in tummy control panels to slim down the belly area! They are so stretchy and comfortable!
SIZING: We recommend sizing DOWN!
If you want a more comfortable fit size down 3, for a more SNATCHED fit size down 5.(8-5=3)
If you carry more weight between your ribs and belly button subtract 3 sizes from your normal store bought size. (8-3=5)
For sizes 14W-24W, size down 2 sizes from your normal store bought size.
If your normal size is an 18W, we recommend a size 16W for a comfortable fit or a size 14W for a SNATCHED fit (as long as your do not carry more weight between your ribs and belly button)
If you know your normal Judy Blue size, we do recommend sizing DOWN one size from that.
